Masterweb Reports: Victor Edozie reports ] - Three persons were arraigned before a Port Harcourt Magistrate court yesterday for alleged involvement in bank robberies leading to the death of 10 persons including nine police officers.
 
The accused persons; Odum Atokaritou (35), Napughi Duba (29), Godgift Gwenbe (29) and other still at large are facing 18 count charges including conspiracy, murder, robbery and kidnapping.
 
They were alleged to be responsible for the killing of ASP Bamidele Mohammed, Inspector Austine Moore and seven other policemen. They are also charged with the murder of Mr. Femi Oloukun, Sterling Bank Regional Manager.
 
Trial Magistrate, M.  F.  Poromon referred the case to the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) for legal advice. He adjourned the case to November 28, for legal advice and ordered that the accused persons be remanded in prison custody.
